Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within a reasonable period from delivery, provided they are in original, unworn, and resalable condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Some exclusions apply, such as final sale items marked as such, or select personalized products.

- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Shipping & Processing
After we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow a reasonable number of business days for us to process it. We will inspect the returned item(s) upon arrival. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Exchange items will be shipped out promptly. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed upon completion of return inspection. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s policies. For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us immediately via theusefulbeautiful.com. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund for you.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside of our primary region, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service for your return shipment.
